When are time for check-in and check-out ?
Check-in is at 5:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
Is an early check-in possible ?
We're very flexible, but early check-in must be confirmed based on availability.
How will I get the keys ?
You will be greeted by our hostess, who will collect the keys at the end of your stay, after a final inventory is made;
Are sheets and towels provided or do I need to bring my own ?
We provide sheets (beds are made) and towels (one per person) at the beginning of your stay.
Can you recommend a caterer ?

You can contact the Auberge de l'école in Pontlevoy on our behalf. It's a good place to eat, and thanks to a special agreement, they can deliver directly to the house.

Many people are allergic to cats and dogs.
For the comfort of subsequent visitors, we therefore do not accept pets.
Is it possible to postpone check-out ?
We are very flexible on times : but this must be confirmed at a later date. However, if you wish to guarantee a delayed check-out, this can be arranged for an extra charge of €150.
Is it possible to charge an electric vehicle on-site ?
There are no charging stations available on-site, and using household outlets is strictly prohibited.
How long does it take to get there from major cities?
The Loire Valley is very centrally located.

Can we get to the cottages by train from Paris ?

From Montrichard, the shortest journey time to Paris is around 1 hour 41 minutes
On a daily basis, 14 trains a day make the round trip. The Montrichard - Paris route is served by TGV, OUIGO and SNCF trains.
There's a connection at Saint Pierre des Corps.

The Onzain - Chaumont-sur-Loire train station is on the Paris-Austerlitz to Bordeaux-Saint-Jean line.
The Paris Austerlitz - Onzain - Chaumont-sur-Loire route is served by SNCF and TER trains. Number of journeys per day: 16.
Average journey time: 2h13. Direct Paris journey time: 01h40.
